Mykolaiv to buy stoves for the Armed Forces of Ukraine: what is known about the tender

The Mykolaiv Housing and Maintenance Department has announced a tender and has already selected a contractor to purchase stoves for the military.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, information about the procurement was posted in the Prozorro public procurement system.

The expected cost of purchasing the stoves with components was UAH 5 million 760 thousand.

The Mykolaiv Housing and Maintenance Department conducted the procurement in the format of an open tender with special conditions. As a result, two companies took part in the auction - 4BILD Limited Liability Company and AV-Prom LLC. The price offer of AV-Prom LLC amounted to UAH 5.594 million. The offer of 4Build LLC was 447 thousand less than expected, so it was decided to conclude an agreement with it. The customer is currently preparing to sign the contract.

According to the documents, the company is to supply 720 stoves with a capacity of 6 kW or more to Mykolaiv region. The stoves must be designed to heat a room of at least 40 square meters, with a hob. The weight of one product should be 52.3 kg.

According to the YouControl analytical platform, 4BILD LLC was registered in the village of Krasnopillia in Sumy region on Belgorodskaya Street in 2020. The founder is Bryzhakhin Yevhen Vitaliy, who is also listed as the executive director and chief accountant.

Meanwhile, antitrust authorities found collusion between Blahoustriy-NK and the individual entrepreneur A.M. Yakovenko during the tender. It was about repairing a green zone on a street in Zavodskyi district of Mykolaiv in 2019. The cost of the work was estimated at almost UAH 5.8 million.

The administration of Korabelnyi district also ordered major repairs of the road surface of two adjacent neighborhoods from related contractors. The contracts are worth almost UAH 9 million and were awarded without a tender and at inflated prices.

In addition, the Mykolaiv seaport administration announced a tender for the reconstruction of equipment in furnace rooms, boiler rooms and pumping stations.
