Mykolaiv region is starting to upgrade its infrastructure: several tenders totaling UAH 4 million have been announced.

The relevant tenders were published on the Prozzoro portal.

The village council of the Yelanetska community has announced a tender for the repair of the road surface in the village of Velyka Solona. The cost of the works is over UAH 1.4 million. It is planned to restore a section of Andriyivska Street - from house No. 34 to No. 69. The region also plans to purchase materials for water supply. The expected cost of supplying pipes, tees and other components exceeds UAH 2.9 million. This will improve the quality and reliability of water supply in different communities of the region.

Earlier, Mykolaiv Regional State Administration reported that in 2025 there are no funds for road repairs and the entire budget is aimed at maintaining defense capabilities. The infrastructure department explained that the state budget of Ukraine does not provide funding for road repairs. However, the issue may be reconsidered if additional funding is received from international donors or Ukraine's partner countries.

Earlier, Mykolaiv reconstructed heating networks on one of the streets for a 20-million-hryvnia contract. The project, which costs UAH 22.17 million, involves the replacement or upgrade of heating networks within the city. The winner of the tender was SU 24 ENERGY-MONTAZH LLC, which agreed to perform the work for UAH 19 million. Two other companies also took part in the tender : A GROUP ENGINEERING LLC, which submitted a final offer with the same amount of UAH 19 million, and Mykolaivmiskbud LLC, whose final offer was over UAH 20.9 million.
