Mykolaiv Region Faces Ongoing Attacks from Drones and Shelling

A farm and a private house were destroyed by enemy shelling in the Mykolaiv region.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

On the night of February 10, air defense forces and means destroyed four Shahed 131/136 UAVs in the Mykolaiv region.

In Mykolaiv district, on February 9, at 11:30 a.m., the enemy attacked the Kutsurub community with an FPV drone. As a result, a private house and outbuildings were damaged in the village of Solonchaky. There were no casualties.

Also yesterday, on February 9, at 17:11, the enemy shelled the Kutsurub community with artillery. There were no casualties.

On the night of February 9, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed two Shahed 131/136 drones in Mykolaiv region. On February 7, Ukrainian air defense forces also successfully destroyed two drones.

On February 6, at about 15:52, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv region, probably with an S-300/S-400 ballistic missile. The explosion occurred in an open area outside of populated areas.

On the night of February 2, air defense forces in Mykolaiv region destroyed two enemy Shahed 131/136 drones. The debris that fell in the Bashtanka district caused a blast wave that damaged five private homes. As a result of one of the attacks, a power line was damaged in the village of Parutyne, leaving 49 subscribers without electricity.

On the night of January 22, from 22:35 to 23:10, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv with attack drones. The shelling damaged a six-story residential building, forcing the evacuation of 200 residents.

In January 2025, the longest air raid alarm in Mykolaiv region lasted almost ten hours. The average duration of alarms is around two hours. The longest alarm in the new year was sounded in Mykolaiv region on January 27, starting at 20:29 and lasting 9 hours, 51 minutes, and 53 seconds. In total, there were 77 airborne alarms in January.
