Mykolaiv Region Allocates ₴196M to Support Armed Forces in 2025

In 2025, Mykolaiv region supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine for more than UAH 196 million. The military received drones, TVs, charging stations, and tablets.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

In 2025, the local budgets of Mykolaiv region allocated more than UAH 196 million for the needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, of which more than UAH 67 million came from the regional budget.

These funds were allocated to support military units and law enforcement agencies, territorial defense measures, public order and other aspects of security and defense.

The Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration donated sponsorship to the Ukrainian Defense Forces, including 110 DJI Mavic 3 drones, 15 TVs, 10 powerful charging stations, and 30 tablets.

In 2024, a total of UAH 857 million was allocated to support the defense of territorial communities and the region.

Also, despite budgetary constraints and the use of military personal income tax, Mykolaiv continued to actively support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thanks to the community's efforts, drones, cars, generators, starliners, electronic warfare systems and other equipment were donated last year to help the military work effectively at the front.

In total, more than UAH 230 million was allocated from the city budget to improve the material and technical base, purchase equipment and gear. Additionally, military units received more than a thousand pieces of equipment from the material reserve worth over UAH 97 million.

In addition, in December last year, Mykolaiv handed over another batch of drones to the Armed Forces of Ukraine operating in the Kherson sector. It also handed over 90 DJI Mavic quadcopters and a compact Jackery mini-power plant. The 35th Separate Marine Brigade received another batch of drones.
