Mykolaiv Region: Air Defense Shoots Down 3 Drones Amid Attacks

The night in Mykolaiv region was marked by the sound of explosions as air defense destroyed three drones. The attacks left four towns and villages in the region without electricity.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

On the night of April 16, air defense forces shot down three Shahed 131/136 kamikaze drones over Mykolaiv region.

Yesterday, on April 15, the enemy attacked the Kutsurub community eight times. One of the strikes left four villages without electricity. Emergency services quickly restored power supply. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Eight hostile attacks were also recorded in the waters of the Ochakiv community. All of them resulted in no casualties.

In the morning of April 13, Russian troops fired twice at the Kutsurub community with artillery, and in the afternoon they attacked with FPV drones. In the evening, the Ochakivska community also came under artillery fire, and at 04:09 on April 14, another FPV drone hit it.

On April 9, at about 2:45 a.m., Mykolaiv was attacked by Shahed 131/136 kamikaze drones. Explosions and debris damaged nine high-rise buildings, 30 garages, three cars, and an administrative building. Ten people were injured.

On April 5, Mykolaiv was also hit by kamikaze drones of the same type. The attack damaged 13 private homes and a car. Four local residents were injured.

On the night of March 28, air defense forces shot down several kamikaze drones over Mykolaiv region, but the enemy managed to strike at Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities. In Ochakiv, a power line was damaged, and in Voznesensk, an agricultural warehouse caught fire after being hit.

On March 24, Russian troops attacked the region with artillery and FPV drones, targeting the Kutsurubska, Halytsynivska, and Ochakivska communities. The building of a medical facility and the windows of a high-rise building were damaged.
