Vyacheslav Bazarenko, Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, gave a car and received UAH 200,000 as a gift in 2023.

This is evidenced by the official's declaration, published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, according to the Center for Public Investigations.

Judging by the gifts Viktor Bazarenko received, the money was given by the official's father. The official has no real estate.

It should be noted that the NACP has published only two declarations of Vyacheslav Bazarenko for 2023, both as a candidate for the position of deputy chairman. An annual and a corrected one. The declarations differ in the cost of the car that the Deputy Head of the DEC purchased in 2023. In the first declaration, a 2008 Mazda 5 cost 90 thousand hryvnias, while in the amended declaration it cost 260 thousand.

The cost of his wife's car, a 2008 Audi A4, which Mariana Kartashova purchased in 2020, was initially indicated by Viacheslav Bazarenko at UAH 250 thousand, and in the amended declaration it was already UAH 310 thousand.

Also, initially, the deputy head of the DIA forgot to declare the copyright to the enterprise management system, an automation system, which he acquired in 2022 worth UAH 1 million 400 thousand, and indicated it in the amended declaration.

Last year, Viacheslav Bazarenko was actively engaged in entrepreneurial activity. In total, he earned UAH 630 thousand 929 thousand from his business last year.

The sources of this income were: Anna Paperovska, M Motors Limited Liability Company, Odisemm LLC, Vigrand Trading House LLC, Kyiv Rehabilitation Institute LLC, Kateryna Lytvyshkova, Academician V. I. Gryshchenko Reproductive Medicine Clinic LLC, Olga Bandura, Dmytro Vetrov, Valentyna Shpytko, Eco Wash Network LLC, Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, and Maryna Slavova.

He also received income from the alienation of movable property - 45 thousand hryvnias.

In his candidate declaration, Viacheslav Bazarenko initially declared cash savings in the amount of USD 15 thousand for him and USD 14 thousand for his wife. In the amended declaration, these amounts increased to $60 thousand and $21 thousand, respectively.

Meanwhile, the wife of the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitaliy Kim, earned half a million hryvnias from her business last year, the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych, earned 678 thousand hryvnias in salary last year, and his wife, Kateryna, bought cryptocurrency and shares in Polish companies.
