Mykolaiv Executive Committee to discuss investments, tariffs and dismantling

On October 22, the executive committee is scheduled to meet in Mykolaiv to consider 65 issues. In particular, the agenda includes the provision of apartments from the housing stock, approval of heat load standards and organization of dismantling works.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council.

The meeting of the Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv City Council will be held on October 22, 2025 at 10:00. There are 65 issues for consideration, four of which are related to guardianship.

Among the issues to be considered by the members of the executive committee are: determining the amount of the indirect cost of renting (leasing) housing in Mykolaiv per person for the third quarter of 2025, providing a citizen with a dwelling in a dormitory owned by the Mykolaiv city territorial community, as well as approving and refusing to approve decisions of enterprises, institutions, organizations on housing registration, inclusion in priority lists, and changes in family composition.

They will also consider citizens' applications for housing registration, amendments and additions to registration files, refusals to register, conclusion and extension of an agreement on the establishment of a personal fixed-term easement for the placement of mobile temporary structures in the city of Mykolaiv.

Several issues concern the establishment of electricity tariffs, the establishment of tariffs for heat supply services by JSC NPKG Zorya - Mashproekt, the establishment of tariffs for heat supply services by ALMERA LLC, the establishment of tariffs for heat supply services by the Housing and Maintenance Department of Mykolaiv, establishing two-rate tariffs for heat energy, heat energy supply and heat energy transportation services of PJSC Mykolaivska CHP by the company's heating networks for Mykolaivoblteploenergo.
