Mykolaiv Executive Committee to discuss financial plans of enterprises

The Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council is planning a meeting on November 12 at 10:00 a.m., during which members of the executive committee will consider 57 issues related to a wide range of community activities. The agenda will include social protection, utilities, as well as strategic and regulatory initiatives for the future.

This was reported by the press service of Mykolaiv City Council.

Among the decisions to be discussed is the establishment of a heat energy tariff for NIKTEPLOPOSTACH LLC. A significant part of the meeting will be devoted to preparations for 2026: the executive committee will preliminarily consider the draft Program for Professional Training and Advanced Training of City Council Officials and Deputies for 2026-2028, as well as the draft Program for the Treatment of Cats and Dogs and Regulation of the Number of Stray Animals for 2026-2030. In addition, they will approve the financial plans of utility companies and the Action Plan for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2026.

Particular attention will be paid to housing and social issues. They will consider the issuance of special warrants for service housing for military personnel of the Mykolaiv garrison and issues related to the deregistration of internally displaced persons for temporary residence. The members of the executive committee will also read out a decision to ensure the functioning of a foster family, consider a number of guardianship issues, discuss changes to the personnel of the supervisory board of the Mykolaiv Development Agency and the organization of the holiday trade in Christmas trees.

On October 22, Mykolaiv scheduled a meeting of the executive committee to consider 65 issues. In particular, the agenda included the provision of an apartment from the housing stock, approval of heat load standards and organization of dismantling works.

Among the issues considered by the members of the executive committee were: determining the value of the indirect cost of renting (leasing) housing in Mykolaiv per person for the third quarter of 2025, providing a citizen with a dwelling in a dormitory owned by the Mykolaiv city territorial community, as well as approving and refusing to approve decisions of enterprises, institutions, organizations on housing registration, inclusion in priority lists, and changes in family composition.
