The executive committee will also discuss the issue of excluding residential premises from the list of service premises and providing them for permanent use, refusing to exclude residential premises from the list of service premises and providing them for permanent use.

The Children's Service of Mykolaiv City Council is planning to preliminarily consider amendments to the decision on the draft approval of the city's comprehensive program for the protection of children's rights, Children of Mykolaiv, which includes 2025-2027.

As a reminder, at the last meeting of the executive committee, the Mykolaiv City Council agreed on a list of residential buildings damaged or destroyed as a result of the occupier's aggression. It is recommended to dismantle them: partially or completely.

The relevant draft decision was considered by the deputies at the executive committee on October 22. In particular, an expert from the Housing and Utilities Commission of Mykolaiv City Council issued a conclusion on the need to completely dismantle the building at 31/11 9a Slobidska Street (Marshal Vasilevsky Street). At the same time, the building at this address is part of a residential apartment building.
