He sent the collected data in the form of precise coordinates through the Telegram channel, which is administered by a person involved in criminal proceedings recruited by the Russian Federal Security Service. The convict is currently in custody. The pre-trial investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Mykolaiv region.

Earlier, in the Mykolaiv region, a TCC alert group was beaten with bats. The information was shared by the Mykolaiv regional UCC and JV. Civilians armed with bats and metal pipes damaged a vehicle and injured a soldier from the alert group. The incident occurred during the activities of the TCC and law enforcement officers.

The SBU detained FSB agents who were planning a double terrorist attack near the regional shopping center in Mykolaiv. The explosives were supposed to go off one after the other to hit as many people as possible - the criminals were neutralized before the crime was committed.
