Mykolaiv authorities filed a lawsuit over land arrears. The court seized the company's property.

This is evidenced by the ruling of the Commercial Court of Mykolaiv region.

The Mykolaiv City Council filed a lawsuit to recover more than UAH 9 million in debt from Christmas LLC for the provision of a 40,000-square-meter land plot for use. The company received this land plot for use back in 2014.

The company was accused of failing to pay under the contract from 2020 to 2024. The firm made payments based on the regulatory assessment that was in effect until 2019, ignoring the new assessment of the land plot.

The Commercial Court seized the bank accounts, movable and immovable property of Christmas LLC to the extent of the debt. It also imposed a ban on any actions with this property. The city council believes that such measures will help ensure the return of the debt to the city budget.

According to the YouControl online analytical system, Krystmas was registered in 2009 with a registered capital of UAH 6.12 million. The head of the company is Tetiana Hlonza. The company is a member of the Hanna Titova Group.

The company is involved in 23 commercial cases and 12 administrative cases. Kristmas LLC earned only 110 thousand hryvnias in public tenders.

The Security Service of Ukraine also reported the confiscation of a 147-square-meter apartment in Odesa from Russian actor Vladimir Mashkov . Mashkov is a member of the Kremlin's pool of propagandists and often speaks at mass rallies in support of a full-scale war against Ukraine.

The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine announced the verdict against the defendants in the case of embezzlement of funds of the investment firm Ukrinmash, part of the state-owned Ukroboronprom. They were accused of drawing up deliberately false certificates of completion and subsequent illegal transfer of funds.
