Mykolaiv city council's favorite was entrusted with repairing the shelter in the administrative building of the executive committee

The executive committee of Mykolaiv City Council selected a contractor to equip the basement for shelter. The company had no competitors in the bidding.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations, which monitored Prozorro electronic procurement.

It is about the current repair of the basement of the first entrance, which is located in the administrative building of the Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council.

On July 19, Prozorro held an open tender with special features worth UAH 4 million 805 thousand. Only one company took part in the bidding, and it was NDB-GROUP, a limited liability company.

The company agreed to carry out the repairs for UAH 4 million 525 thousand, but the contract is to be signed after a number of discrepancies are resolved.

According to the YouControl analytical platform, NDB-GROUP LLC was registered after the start of the full-scale invasion, namely on October 4, 2022, at the address: Mykolaiv, Dekabrystiv Street.

The head of the company is Serhii Antonov.

In less than two years since its establishment, the company has already managed to earn more than UAH 14 million from tenders. The only customer was Mykolaiv City Council.

According to the tender documents, the contractor has to carry out dismantling work, knock off plaster, disassemble ceramic tile wall cladding, and remove old linoleum. Install stairs, fencing, panels and doors with thermal insulation lining. Plastering and painting works are also to be carried out. The works are to be completed by December 31, 2024.

Recently, the Department of Housing and Communal Services has planned to repair and equip the shelter of the Medical and Sanitary Aid Center No. 4. It is planned to spend more than three million hryvnias from the local budget.

The shelter at the Mykolaiv House of Children and Youth Creativity will also be repaired.

In addition, Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the repair of a kindergarten.
