MP's firm wins 63-million hryvnia tender in Chornomorsk with a difference of one hryvnia

The Black Sea branch of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority has held a tender to select a company that will reconstruct a section of Sukholimanska Street in Chornomorsk, Odesa region.

According to an announcement in the Prozorro electronic procurement system, four limited liability companies took part in the auction: "Rostdorstroy, Paritetbudinvest Construction Firm, Avtomagistral-Pivden, and Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud.

The winner of the auction was Rostdorstroy LLC, which offered UAH 63 million 368 thousand 999 for the work, which was one hryvnia cheaper than the closest competitor, Paritetbudinvest LLC. This happened at the second step of the auction - the first offer of Rostdorstroy LLC was UAH 64 million 192 thousand. The company will have to complete the work by December 31, 2027.

This is an already adjusted project. In 2024, the USPA branch also announced a procurement for this lot, but then the auction was canceled due to the lack of further need for the purchase of goods, works and services. The expected cost of the procurement was UAH 59 million 133.4 thousand.

According to the YouControl service, the final beneficiaries of Rostdorstroy LLC are currently Yuriy Shumacher, a deputy of the Odesa City Council and a representative of Gennadiy Trukhanov's Trust the Deeds party, and businessman Yevhen Konovalov.

Earlier, the City Roads utility company selected Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company as the contractor to restore the road surface after emergency repairs to heating networks in the city.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and Rostdorstroy was the only participant. The company expects to receive UAH 15 million and will provide services to the utility until December 31.
