A team of journalists and anti-corruption lawyers from Bihus.Info published an investigation into MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, one of the MPs representing the interests of voters in Odesa region in the Verkhovna Rada.

In their story, the journalists criticized the public activities of the MP and his Goncharenko Centers, accusing him of presidential ambitions and a penchant for war PR that harms the country.

As for the Honcharenko Centers, they were accused of excessive propaganda of the MP's personality, and it was also pointed out that one of the sponsors of these centers is the Ukrlandfarming farm, founded by Oleg Bakhmatyuk, who currently lives in Vienna. In October 2022, the NABU and the SAPO announced that they had served Roman Nasirov and Oleh Bakhmatyuk with a suspicion notice in the case of receiving $5.5 million and more than €21 million in undue benefits for VAT refunds to the companies of the agricultural holding.

The MP was also criticized for his excessive support for the policies of US President Donald Trump, and was reminded of his participation in the Party of Regions and his transition to Petro Poroshenko 's European Solidarity party, as well as hinted that the politician was gradually distancing himself from the fifth president.

"Free language courses, scholarships for teachers, pole dancing, Goncharenko left, Goncharenko right, sources and insights to always be the first in the news headlines, hype eating and populism, dancing on painful and triggering topics, now do you believe that this is sincere? Or is it still ruthless stomping on an open wound, not just to attract attention, but to ensure that this wound never heals, because for such parasites, constant pain is a source of strength, it is where such pests draw their resources, and therefore it is not at all beneficial for them to let the pain go away and the wound heal," the authors of the story summarized.

Intent asked Oleksiy Honcharenko for a comment, but he said that he had already commented on everything in Telegram.

"I have already commented on this ridiculous order in my telegram," the MP emphasized.

The politician's Telegram channel does indeed have a post about this story.

"Thanks to those who asked to make a story about me! Who is it? I don't know))))). But look! There, Bigus's hosts were finally able to dance the bachata and see what it's like to work in a cool team! I'm leaving the link! A really cool advertisement for the Honcharenko Centers," the politician wrote.

It should be noted that in February 2025, activists of the Chesno movement were looking into who finances the Honcharenko Centers. Over the five years of their operation, the centers have opened 35 branches, and their total annual income exceeds UAH 20 million.
