Moldova wins dispute over sanatorium in Odesa in court of appeal

The South-Western Commercial Court of Appeal upheld the appeal of the Public Property Agency of the Republic of Moldova and ordered to seize the property of the Moldova sanatorium in Odesa from Maxtgroup Limited Liability Company.

According to the court ruling, the Agency appealed against the decision of the Commercial Court of Odesa Region, which dismissed Moldova's claim in January 2024.

The court reclaimed in favor of the Republic of Moldova, represented by the Public Property Agency of the Republic of Moldova, from Maxtgroup Limited Liability Company the real estate of the Moldova sanatorium, namely
