Odesa was attacked by Russians in the middle of the day on March 25 with a double ballistic missile strike. On March 25, Russians also attacked Kyiv. A missile strike on Kyiv on the morning of March 25 severely damaged the building of the Mykhailo Boichuk Kyiv State Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design. The gym, congress hall and exhibition center were completely destroyed. Students temporarily switched to online education.

The night before, the Russian occupation army's attack on the southern regions focused on energy facilities in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

Then the invaders attacked with several waves of Shahed-131/136 drones from the Black Sea. Four attack drones were shot down in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

Earlier it was reported that stabilization blackouts were introduced in Odesa due to another attack by the Russian occupation army. Thus, in the Odesa region, an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed-131/136 type on the night of March 22 lasted for several hours and no one could avoid being hit.

Also, as a result of the Russian shelling and the power outage in Odesa, two tram routes operated on a modified schedule.
