The Kherson region's defenders will "land" even more Russian drones.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

The official noted that electronic warfare equipment has been transferred to the marines of the TRO for this purpose.

"Since the terrorist attacks of the Russian occupiers on Kherson and the region do not stop, we are strengthening the air defense and electronic warfare units with additional means capable of deterring the invasion of FPV drones and Mavic. I also held a meeting with electronic warfare specialists. Together, we updated the needs to improve the defense," the head of the JMA said in a statement.

Funds for the electronic warfare systems were provided by the Mylivka, Holoprystan, Kalanchak and Bilozerska communities. The cost of defense support amounted to over UAH 3.6 million.

Prokudin also said that another truck has been added to the fleet of the Kherson defense unit. The necessary transport was transferred to the Marine Corps Logistics Brigade to provide logistics. This vehicle is designed to perform various combat missions - from the transportation of personnel to the transportation of necessary cargo, including ammunition, even in off-road conditions.

The vehicle was provided with the help of the NGO Important Actions.

Earlier it was reported that one of the units whose soldiers are performing combat missions in the Kherson sector received another batch of Mavic drones. These "birds" will now be the eyes in the sky for our soldiers. And the Russian occupiers will not be able to hide from a just punishment anywhere.

It was also mentioned that another five electronic warfare systems were transferred to the troops in Kherson region for the marines of the Joint Forces Operation.
