On April 28, , the Ushynsky Library (36 Staroportofrankivska Street) hosted the Cultural Rave event, which aimed to reformat the classic reading of events dedicated to Ukrainian historical and cultural figures.

Intent became a media partner of the event.

The organizers of the Cultural Rave were the creators of the Vasyl St us birthday celebration "STUSiYaem. Odesa".

The party was centered on the figure of Lesya Ukrainka, who, according to the organizers, organized a cultural rave in every poem and every step of her life.

"The "cultural rave" began with a performance of the Ukrainian national anthem on a bandura, a minute of silence, and a joint traditional performance of springtime songs with the Tsviten ensemble.

Iryna Sheliag, an actress from the Vasyl Vasylko Academic Ukrainian Theater, also read from the correspondence between Lesya Ukrainka and Olga Kobylianska. Vesta Gunchenko , a comedian, feminist, volunteer, and artist of the Cultural Landing, and stand-ups from the Odesa charity stand-up club Vyrii performed stand-up.

The event featured songs based on Lesya Ukrainka's poems performed by Crimean Tatar singer Aziza Eskender, an acoustic set by Okolytsi and electronic band Alamo Station.

The event also featured a gallery of paintings by Ukrainian artists, most of which were created as part of the event. Some of them are about Lesya, about the strength of the writer, her image, and how we imagine her today. The paintings included digital illustrations by Lesiapik and paintings by Kherson artist Bohdana Barysheva.

The event will also include a fundraiser to buy anatomical body armor for female soldiers.
