Kherson's Posad Pokrovske Seeks Contractor for ₴38M House Repairs

The Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Kherson Oblast announced a search for a contractor to repair private houses in the village of Posad Pokrovske.

On March 3, another tender was posted on the Prozorro platform.

The renovation will cover houses on Bobrovsky, Voennaya, Gagarin, Dedukh and Ingulets streets. In total, more than 20 houses and apartments are to be repaired.

The expected cost of the works is UAH 38 million 85 thousand. The repairs are scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2025.

The auction to select a contractor is scheduled for March 18. The tender is open to companies that meet the qualification requirements and have experience in implementing similar projects. The bidding will be held in an open format with special features that provide for shorter application and appeal deadlines.

In March 2022, the village of Posad-Pokrovske, located on the border of Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, was on the front line. For more than eight and a half months, this area was a zone of active hostilities. Despite constant attacks, Russian troops have not been able to capture the settlement.

Recently, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Kherson region announced the first tender for the overhaul of private residential buildings in the village of Posad Pokrovske of the Chornobaivska rural territorial community.

The Restoration Service has also started looking for a contractor to reconstruct the gas supply system in one of the villages of the region. UAH 111.2 million will be spent on this.

Meanwhile, in Vysokopillya, Kherson region, financial irregularities worth more than one million hryvnias were found during the restoration of damaged buildings.
