The leaders of the car rating among the MPs of Kherson region were not so obvious. The declarations show an interesting trend: formally modest assets often hide access to quite premium cars.

The Centerfor Public Investigations, together with Intent, found that most of the MPs in Kherson region use expensive cars without owning them.

Pavlo Pavlish became the leader of the ranking in terms of the availability of cars. In his declaration, he indicated the use of two cars, none of which are registered to him personally. Since 2022, the MP has been using a 2019 Audi Q7 owned by Angela Demeshko, although the cost of the car is not specified.

In addition, since 2020, his wife has been using a 2019 Infiniti QX50 owned by Oleksandr Hrabovskyi. The cost of this car is also not disclosed. In fact, the MP has access to two modern cars, although he is not formally their owner.

Victoria Wagner took the second place. She is the only one among the rating participants who owns a new officially declared car - a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. The car was purchased on May 18, 2021, for UAH 1,245,400, and it is the most expensive vehicle among all those listed in the declarations.

The third position was taken by Volodymyr Ivanov. In his declaration, he listed one personal vehicle and another one in use. In particular, the MP owns a 2013 Hyosung GT 650 motorcycle purchased in 2014 (the cost is not specified). He also uses a 2008 Toyota Prado owned by Ilya Ivanov for free. Despite having two vehicles, only one of them is his property.

The fourth place went to Serhiy Kozyr. He declared only the use of a 2012 Volkswagen Passat received in July 2023. The cost of the car is 10 thousand hryvnias, which is the lowest figure in the ranking. The owner of the vehicle is the Grintime company, not the MP himself.

Also, the declarations of MPs from Kherson region showed not only square meters, but also complex schemes of using property through relatives. The rating includes apartments, houses, offices, and land registered to the politicians themselves, their families, or third parties.
