Kherson Fleet Service Wins ₴11.24M Tender to Repair Odessos Vessel

The southern branch of the state enterprise Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority has selected a contractor to repair the Odessos vessel. The budget for the work was set at UAH 12 million, but the winning bidder reduced the price.

This became known from the electronic procurement system Prozorro.

Two companies took part in the tender for the repair of Odessos: Kherson Fleet Service LLC and ISRZ PJSC. Kherson Fleet Service LLC offered the best price, which amounted to UAH 11.24 million. In turn, the offer of ISRZ PrJSC was higher by UAH 640 thousand. After a detailed evaluation, the winner was selected - Kherson Fleet Service, which will carry out the repair of the Odessos.

Under the terms of the contract, the work includes not only the elimination of technical malfunctions of the vessel but also the comprehensive restoration of its main functions for further use in Ukrainian seaports. The contractor must maintain the vessel until December 31, 2025.

According to youcontrol, Kherson Fleet Service LLC is a company registered on December 20, 2019. It specializes in the repair and maintenance of ships and boats, as well as the construction of ships and floating structures. The principal activity is ship and boat repair, which includes both maintenance and troubleshooting of floating platforms.

The company has an authorized capital of UAH 100,000 and is a limited liability company (LLC). The head of the company is Nina Stanislavivna Khandusenko, who is also the main founder and beneficiary of the company, owning 100% of its authorized capital.

Kherson Fleet Service LLC actively participates in tenders, in particular, the company has already concluded several contracts for the repair of marine transport and related equipment. One of the largest contracts was concluded with the State Enterprise Reni Sea Commercial Port for the repair of floating berths and vessels.

Earlier, the Southern Branch of USPA held a tender to select a company to be paid for the maintenance of floating vessels.

Prior to that, the Odesa branch of USPA selected a contractor to be paid for the overhaul of roads.
