The journalist received the award for his project "Wartime Journalism on Ukrayinska Pravda", which analyzes Russia's war against Ukraine, its impact on society, national identity, and the country's future.

In addition, historian Taras Honcharuk, together with local historian Taras Maksymiuk, spoke about some aspects of Shevchenko's connections with Odesa and his echoes in the city. This lecture, based on the article "Shevchenko's Odesa" written by Vasyl Barladianu-Berladnyk, reveals the events during which Taras Shevchenko visited Odesa, for what reasons, and with what friends. The life of Taras Shevchenko, who lived in Ukraine for only 15 years, still leaves room for discussion and discovery.
