Russian forces continue to terrorize southern Ukraine. A teenager was wounded in the Odesa region, and 32 people were injured in the Kherson region, including a child.
According to Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, a 16-year-old boy was wounded as a result of a Russian attack on civilian infrastructure in the Izmail district of the Odesa region. The teenager, who suffered a shrapnel wound, was hospitalized. Medical personnel provided him with all necessary care.
Over the past 24 hours, 38 settlements in the Kherson region came under airstrikes, drone attacks, and artillery shelling. Russian troops targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods.
According to the regional military administration, four high-rise buildings and five private homes were damaged. A cell tower, agricultural structures, an administrative building, an ambulance, a bus, a minibus, and private cars were also damaged.
Thirty-two people, including one child, were injured as a result of the Russian shelling.
In Kherson, following strikes on critical infrastructure, the Shumensky microdistrict and Zhitloselishche remain partially without power. The city’s military administration reported that most residents now have power, and efforts to address the aftermath of the attacks are ongoing. Resilience centers have been switched to round-the-clock operation.
Russian troops also attacked the Mykolaiv region with Shahed-type strike drones. As of this morning, no damage or casualties have been reported.
