The Department of Capital Construction and Road Infrastructure of the Odesa Regional State Administration has selected the winner of the tender for the major repair of a section of the protective embankment at the Repida-ISRZ lock at the 97-kilometer mark of the Danube River.

This information was published on the Prozorro e-procurement platform.

Two companies participated in the auction: the limited liability company “SPK ‘Flagman’” and the private enterprise “Engineering and Production Center ‘Vector’.” The former was declared the winner. This required a two-step procurement process. Initially, the LLC quoted 62,901,500 hryvnias for the work, while the private enterprise quoted 63,400,800 hryvnias. In the second round, the private enterprise lowered its bid to 62,766,500 hryvnias, while the LLC, in turn, reduced its bid by one million to 61,901,500 hryvnias.

Consequently, the bid submitted by “SPK ‘Flagman’” was deemed more cost-effective, and the company was declared the winner of the tender. According to the YouControl analytical system, the company was registered in September 2017.

The company’s authorized capital is 1.4 million hryvnias. The company’s founder is Dmytro Furman. Since entering the public procurement market in 2018, the company has been awarded government contracts totaling over 526 million hryvnias.
