In the Mykolaiv region, residents of Vinnytsia were charged 129 million for road repairs

The Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in the Mykolaiv region conducted a procurement process to select a company to be paid for additional repair work on the Mykolaiv–Domanivka–Berezky road section.

The corresponding announcement was published on theProzorro electronic procurement system.

The procurementwas conducted as an open tender with specific conditions, and the sole bidder was the limited liability company “Autostrada Group of Companies.” The company will receive 129 million 554,700 hryvnias for additional repair work on a 16.1-kilometer stretch of road, to be completed by December 20, 2026. 

According to the YouControl service, the sole owner of “Autostrada” is MS Capital LLC, registered in Vinnytsia. The company owns 100% of “Autostrada’s” authorized capital, which amounts to 1.1 billion hryvnias. “MS Capital” is part ofthe“MS Capital” financial and industrialgroup, whose ultimate beneficiary is Maksym Shkil. The group also includes logistics, retail, and agricultural enterprises. 

Previously, in May, the same company won the right to repair this section of the road for 391 million 383,400 hryvnias. The previous procurement was also conducted as an open tender with special conditions, and LLC “Autostrada Group of Companies” also received the contract in a non-competitive bidding process.
