On October 19, 18 people, including a child, were injured as a result of Russian attacks in the Kherson region.

This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

At the same time, according to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, as of 5:30 p.m., seven people were known to have been injured.

Specifically, three residents of Komyshan were injured by artillery fire. Three more residents of Novovorontsovka—including a 17-year-old boy—as well as a man from Molodetske were caught in the blast zone of Russian drones.

Private residential buildings were also damaged as a result of the attacks.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into these incidents under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On the morning of October 17, Russian troops carried out two airstrikes on the Korabelny district of Kherson. Over the course of an hour, the occupiers dropped eight bombs on Kherson. As a result, 44 people were injured, including two children—an 11-year-old girl and a one-month-old infant. A 64-year-old emergency medical services driver was also killed.

On October 13, Russian troops struck utility workers with a drone while they were performing maintenance work in the Korabelny district. A 39-year-old man was injured, and the company’s vehicle was damaged. He is one of six people injured that day.
