Following the dismissal of war veteran Yegor Kozachenko from his position as acting director of the municipal institution “Veteran Hub Service Office,” his deputy will assume his duties.

The corresponding order from City Council Secretary Igor Koval was published on the city hall’s website.

Olena Rabchuk, the deputy director of this institution, has been entrusted with performing the duties of director. She will begin her duties on November 5, 2026, until a new director is appointed in accordance with the law.

The municipal institution “Veteran Hub Service Office” provides advisory, social, and informational support to military personnel, war veterans, people with war-related disabilities, and family members of those killed in action.

As previously reported by Intent, Yegor Kozachenko was dismissed on October 28, 2026, by mutual agreement. The dismissal was based on his own request. The institution’s accounting department was instructed to settle all financial matters with him in accordance with the law.

Media reports stated thatKozachenko is a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Before the full-scale invasion, he taught vocal lessons at his own studio, and in 2022, he volunteered to serve on the front lines. There, he led a civil-military cooperation group. He endured the fiercest battles in 2024 in the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk sectors.

After being demobilized in 2026, Kozachenko joined the Odesa municipal institution “Veteran Hub.” He also developed his own method of psychological rehabilitation—sonopractice—which combines various meditative techniques.
