In Odesa, the pavement of the intra-quarter passage in Bannyi Lane will be renovated: the purchase price is almost UAH 14 million.

The Ukrainian Universal Service is publishing a tender for the project.

The Road Facilities Department of the Odesa City Council has announced a tender for the overhaul of an in-block passage in the central part of the city. These are the areas at the following addresses: 11/17 Komitetska Street, buildings 1 and 2, 17/19; 3 Banny Lane and 30 Prokhorovska Street.

According to information published on the Prozorro e-procurement portal, the expected cost of the works is UAH 13,654,863. The auction is scheduled to start on August 8, after which the contractor will be selected. The total area of the pavement to be repaired is 5762.38 square meters. According to the project, the contractor is to remove the old pavement and install a new one, including asphalt and paving slabs. Particular attention will be paid to a barrier-free environment: tactile elements for people with visual impairments will be added to the sidewalks.

In addition, the project involves adding soil in green areas and installing stainless steel anti-parking bollards to limit chaotic parking in the adjacent territory. All work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

Earlier, Odesa planned to repair an overpass worth 30 million. This structure is part of the port infrastructure and is important for port logistics. The tender was won by Avtostrada Group of Companies LLC, which is building a metro line in the capital. In particular, in the road construction sector, the company is one of the most productive contractors in terms of work volume in 2024.

This year, in January, Rostdorstroy, owned by a member of the Odesa City Council, received a tender for 20 million to restore the road surface and fill in trenches after emergency repairs to heating networks. With a single bidder, the auction was held on January 8 for a price slightly lower than planned.
