In Odesa, a group of people attacked TCC workers. The attackers used force and special equipment, damaged property and injured several soldiers.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa Regional CCC and JV.

According to the press service, a group attack occurred on the military personnel of the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support while they were performing their duties.

The attackers used physical force, tear gas and batons. As a result of the incident, a company car was damaged, and there were injuries among the soldiers.

The TCC emphasized that this was not just hooliganism or protest, but a direct attack and an attempt to forcibly obstruct legitimate mobilization activities. No dispute or disagreement with the actions of state authorities justifies violence against the military who are fulfilling their constitutional duty.

Law enforcement officers are already conducting investigative actions to identify all those involved in the incident. All the events were recorded on the body cameras of the servicemen and handed over to the investigation. The attackers' actions fall under a number of articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The CCC urged not to succumb to provocations and to realize that violence against the military harms the country's defense capabilities and works in favor of the enemy.

The State Bureau of Investigation also launched an investigation into the incident that occurred on October 27 in Odesa between a law enforcement officer and employees of the territorial recruitment center. On that day, the military recruitment center stopped a car to check documents when another car approached them. An armed man got out of it and threateningly smashed the window of the official car with the butt of his weapon and then fled the scene.

In September, in Odesa region, a man and his father attacked the military of a territorial recruitment center. The court took the suspect into custody with the right to be released on bail. According to the investigation, both men approached the military, began threatening and swearing, and did not respond to the remarks to stop. Subsequently, they beat the soldiers with their fists and metal objects, after which the conscript, whom they had come to check, took advantage of the commotion and fled.
