The Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction, and Development Project Support of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration has announced a tender for the major renovation of the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Hyperbaric Oxygenation at the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital. The estimated cost of the procurement is 5,225,991.67 hryvnias , excluding VAT.

This information is based on data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

The work will be carried out in the hospital building located at 1 Kyivska Street in Mykolaiv. The contractor must complete the major renovation by December 31, 2026. The procurement will be funded from the local budget, and the winning bidder will be selected based solely on price. An advance payment of 50% of the contract value is provided; the contractor will receive the remaining half upon completion of the work.

According to the technical specifications, the project involves not only renovating the premises but also a comprehensive modernization of the department. Plans include the removal of old partitions, the installation of new ones, the replacement of doors, the renovation of interior finishes, the installation of new water supply, sewer, heating, and electrical systems, as well as the removal of over 25 metric tons of construction debris.

One of the key components of the project will be the installation of a modern supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, new air ducts, ventilation grilles, valves, and fire-rated couplings.

Plans also include the installation of a new medical oxygen supply system. Specifically, the project calls for the installation of over 150 meters of copper oxygen piping, 13 medical oxygen outlets, a pressure gauge, and specialized fittings for oxygen delivery.

In addition, a video surveillance system with five cameras, a central monitoring station, and three monitors will be installed in the ward. Extensive electrical work is also planned, including the installation of new electrical panels, power distribution networks, over a hundred outlets, LED lighting, emergency lights, eight bedside medical panels, and a new grounding circuit around the hospital building.

To participate in the tender, bidders must confirm that they have suitably qualified personnel, experience in performing similar work, and the financial capacity to complete the project. Tender proposals will be accepted until August 4, after which an electronic auction is scheduled to take place on the Prozorro platform.
