Khersonelectrotrans has ordered physical security services for its facilities. They will cost the utility company more than UAH 1.2 million.
Information about this is posted in the Prozorro public procurement system.
On January 8, Khersonelectrotrans held an auction in the format of an open tender with two bidders.
Two bidders took part in the auction: the Kyiv-based security company Grizzly-STOROZH and the Kherson-based Municipal Guard. Initially, Khersonelectrotrans was ready to spend UAH 1.6 million, but the companies reduced the price by almost UAH 400 thousand.
The winner was Grizzly-STOROZH, which offered UAH 1 million 202 thousand 437. For these funds, the company will provide security for the company's facilities through 2025. The agreement with the contractor is currently pending.
According to youcontrol, Grizzly-STOROZH LLC was founded on November 2, 2023, in Kyiv. Its main activities are security services, as well as electrical work, trade, security system maintenance and investigations.
The company has an authorized capital of UAH 10,000. Its director is Yuriy Mykolayovych Bybyk, and the owner is Vadym Yuriyovych Shcherbakov, who owns 100% of the shares. In 2023, the company earned UAH 22,600 in revenue and a net profit of UAH 6,500. As of 2023, the company employs 1 person. In 2024, the company sold goods and services worth over UAH 8.6 million. Its main clients are government and scientific institutions, such as the National Cancer Institute, the National Military History Museum of Ukraine, the Kyiv Phthisiology and Pulmonology Center, and others.
Earlier, Kherson signed an agreement to protect an art museum that was looted by Russians during the city's occupation.
