In Izmail, Russians hit a hospital

On the night of April 29, the Russian army once again attacked Odesa region, and this time Izmail district was under attack.

According to Rodion Abashev, the head of the Izmail district military administration, there were civilian casualties as a result of the shelling.

Infrastructure facilities in Izmail came under attack. As a result of the attack, the building of a health care facility, the therapeutic building of the Central District Hospital, was damaged.

On the night of April 29, the enemy attacked Ukraine with 171 Shahed-type attack drones, including jet, Gerbera, Italmass and other types of drones.

According to preliminary data, as of 8:00 a.m., air defense defenses neutralized 154 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country. There were 12 strike UAVs hit in 10 locations, and the downed ones fell (wreckage) in 12 locations.

In total, 11 people, including two children, were injured in Russia's attack on Odesa on the night of April 27. As a result of a hit to a three-story residential building, apartments were destroyed and a fire broke out, injuring three people. A hotel was also destroyed and a car nearby caught fire, injuring another person. At another address, trucks caught fire.

The head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, said that the Prymorskyi district suffered the most damage: residential buildings, a hotel and facilities in the city center were damaged. Most of the victims, including children, were injured here. Khadzhybey and Kyiv districts were also hit. There, the enemy hit residential high-rise buildings, private buildings and vehicles.

On the night of April 27, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 94 Shahed-type attack drones, including jet, Gerbera, Italmass and other types of drones. According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 a.m., air defense neutralized 74 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country. There were 20 hits by attack drones at 15 locations, and the downed drones fell at 11 locations.
