The occupation authorities of Crimea have begun preparing the infrastructure for future conscription campaigns. It is planned to involve conscripts in work at enterprises and institutions.

This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.

The CNR noted that they had intercepted a document that testifies to the preparation of an alternative civilian service system for 2026. It was sent to executive bodies with a request to provide a list of enterprises, professions and positions where citizens involved in such service can work.

The document also states that proposals should be submitted separately for the spring and fall conscription. In fact, it is about creating a full-fledged conscription infrastructure even for those who will not formally perform military service.

The occupation administration is compiling a list of institutions and enterprises that will be able to hire such people. In addition, the authorities are required to provide for the possibility of accommodating them in dormitories if they do not serve at their place of residence.

This approach indicates the gradual integration of the temporarily occupied Crimea into the Russian conscription system. In these conditions, alternative service actually ceases to be a right of choice and becomes part of the overall system of accounting and control of the conscription resource.

Thus, the occupation administration forms a complete mechanism of control over people of conscription age - from military service to alternative service, which allows the residents of the peninsula to work for the needs of the occupation system even if they refuse to serve in the army.

Also, in the occupied Crimea, the Russian administration announced the creation of a large-scale training center for the training of unmanned systems operators. A full cycle of training for UAV troops has allegedly been formed on the peninsula, from training young people to training active military personnel.
