On July 12–13, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out massive strikes on the Kuban–Crimea power line, 10 power distribution nodes, and 5 air defense systems in Crimea.

This was reported by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Major Robert “Madyar” Borvdi.

According to Brovdi, 11 power distribution nodes—substations of various capacities—were struck: 9 power substations, a strategic power transfer point on the Kuban-Crimea power bridge from the Russian Federation, a gas pumping station, as well as S-400 systems, Pantsir-S1, Tor-M2, and two Nebo-U radar systems.

The “Kuban-Crimea” power transmission point (in the village of Glazivka) supplied power to the peninsula from Russian territory. It became one of the strategic targets of the Unmanned Systems Forces. As a result, the peninsula experienced power outages. The most power outages were recorded in Sevastopol, Simferopol, and Kerch. The occupying authorities introduced rolling blackouts and attributed the restrictions to grid overloads.

Earlier, Robert Brovdi, commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces (call sign “Madyar”), stated that over the past week, the Ukrainian military had struck 90 Russian vessels in the Sea of Azov, including 14 on the night of July 12 alone. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed reports that 10 tankers and four ferries had been struck.
