Ihor Palytsia continues to combine the governorship with the mandate of the People's Deputy (documents)

The Odesa regional organization of the CVU addressed the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with an official request to provide copies of the resignations of the current head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Ihor Palytsia, and the mayor of Odesa, Hennadii Trukhanov.

As follows from the response to the CVU's information request, only Hennadiy Trukhanov submitted his resignation on May 28. It should be reminded that the latter was officially introduced to the Odesa City Council as the mayor of the city on May 27.

At the same time, Ihor Palytsia, who was appointed head of the Odesa Regional State Administration in early May, has not yet submitted his resignation.

It should be reminded that according to the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of People's Deputy", combining the mandate with the position of the head of the regional state administration is prohibited.
