The Kherson City Council has amended the Comprehensive Program for Sustainable Operation of the Community's Housing and Utilities for 2022-2026. A total of more than UAH 1.2 billion is planned to be allocated for the program.

This is evidenced by the order of the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Yaroslav Shanko.

The decision is intended to improve the quality and scope of housing and communal services for the population, create conditions for the development and modernization of housing and communal facilities, and ensure a long-term policy for the development of communal infrastructure.

The amendments provide for financial support to key utility companies. In particular:

According to the document, funding is provided from the budget of the Kherson city territorial community and other sources not prohibited by law. The head of the Kherson City Military Administration has been appointed as the person responsible for implementing the program.

As stated in the order, the program will support the work of utility companies, modernize the municipal infrastructure and ensure sustainable development of the city in the face of modern challenges.

In total, more than UAH 1.2 billion is planned for the implementation of the Comprehensive Program for Sustainable Housing and Utilities of the Kherson Community for 2022-2026.

At the same time, the Kherson City Military Administration has updated its plans for the development of transport and road infrastructure for 2025.
