Residents of non-gasified apartment buildings in the Snihuriv community of Mykolaiv region will once again receive a reduced electricity tariff.

This was announced by Ivan Kukhta, head of the Snihuriv City Military Administration of the Bashtanka district.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, taking into account the problem of non-gasified apartment buildings without centralized or autonomous heat supply, extended the preferential tariff for the new heating season.

This provision came into force through the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1331 of October 22, 2025. According to the document, the reduced tariff for such consumers will be UAH 2.64 per kW (up to 2000 kW per month). This is UAH 1.68 less than the regular tariff, and the benefit will be valid until April 30, 2026. It is noted that the decision should help residents of 166 apartment buildings in the community.

Earlier, Naftogaz reported that the country is preparing for one of the most difficult winters for the entire period of full-scale aggression. Due to continuous and targeted Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure, the stable supply of gas and heat to Ukrainians is significantly complicated. The situation is critical, as energy consumption is already showing a noticeable increase amid the damage to the infrastructure.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine Natalia Boyko said that in the last two weeks alone, there have been six attacks on gas infrastructure facilities, particularly in Poltava and Kharkiv regions. ''Some of the facilities are still burning because there is no access to them,'' she said.

Boyko emphasized the critical need for economical consumption of resources, as gas consumption has already increased by more than 20% compared to last year.

''We urge consumers to save resources. If we spend something today, we lose it in February. Saving is also a form of defense," she said.
