Valeriy Ivanov, director of the Odesa City Heat Supply utility company, has resigned from his position at his own request.

The corresponding order of the interim mayor Igor Koval was published by the press service of the city council.

Valeriy Ivanov had been in charge of the enterprise since June 2024, when the then mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, appointed him to replace Hanna Pozdnyakova, who became deputy mayor. At the time, he was the deputy director of the utility for financial and economic issues.

Ihor Koval signed the order on January 6, but it was not made public until January 19.
