Head of Children's Services dismissed in Odesa

The interim mayor of Odesa, Ihor Koval, has dismissed Tatiana Prodanchuk from the post of head of the Service for Children of the Odesa City Council.

The relevant order was published by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

The order states that the dismissal took place by agreement of the parties. In her declaration for 2024, Tetiana Prodanchuk indicated that she had an apartment in Odesa with an area of 67.3 square meters, a 2011 SsangYong Korando car, and savings of 250 thousand hryvnias. Income:

She also declared a prize of about 274 hryvnias and the value of gifts of 1,775 hryvnias. Tetyana Prodanchuk was appointed to this position in August 2025 to replace Yulia Nikandrova, who resigned of her own free will. Prior to this appointment, Tetyana Prodanchuk served as the first deputy head of the Kyiv District Administration of the Odesa City Council.

In December, a number of personnel changes took place in Odesa municipality and its subdivisions. For example, Denys Kravchenko, who had previously been the deputy of the dismissed Anastasia Potapenko, was appointed director of the Department of Administrative Services of Odesa City Council.

Natalia Soinikova, who was previously the deputy head of the Department of Internal Policy of Odesa City Council, was also appointed as the director of the Department of Internal Policy.

The stream of dismissals and appointments that began after the deprivation of citizenship and powers of Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov did not stop for several weeks: three heads were appointed in city departments.
