By her actions, the accused caused the embezzlement of local budget funds, causing damage to the Kherson city territorial community in excess of UAH 500 thousand.

Prior to that, law enforcement officers served a notice of suspicion of misappropriation of budget funds and falsification of official documents to the head of the construction company. She is suspected of embezzling UAH 1.3 million from a shelter project in Kherson. She currently faces up to 8 years in prison.

In addition, an accountant of one of the village councils in Kherson region was suspected of embezzlement. The investigation established that the 55-year-old accused worked as an accountant in one of the village councils of Kherson district.
