In Odesa, a driver was handcuffed and taken to the TCC and JV after violating traffic rules and trying to escape.

This is stated in the report of the Patrol Police.

The incident occurred on the morning of May 22 in Odesa when patrol policemen stopped a Mini Cooper on Parkova Street.

According to the patrol police, the driver violated traffic rules. During the check, it turned out that the man was deprived of the right to drive, had signs of drug intoxication and was wanted for evading military duty (Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

When he was offered a ride to the territorial center of recruitment and social support (TSC and SS), the man tried to escape and behaved aggressively. He was handcuffed in accordance with Article 45 of the Law "On the National Police" and taken to the TCC.

The police reported that several administrative reports were drawn up against the offender - for repeated driving while intoxicated (Part 2 of Article 130), for repeated driving without a license (Part 5 of Article 126), as well as a report on administrative detention. He faces a fine of up to UAH 40,800 and deprivation of his driver's license for a period of 5 to 7 years.

Local telegram channels distributed a fragment of the video and reported on the man's brutal detention in the morning, on May 22, on Parkova Street in Odesa. The video shows five policemen pushing the man to the ground and forcibly handcuffing him. Everything happened in front of eyewitnesses who filmed the incident and expressed outrage.

Earlier, the Odesa Regional TCC explained why the man was put on the bus. Also in Odesa, a civilian beat an employee of the Prymorskyi district TCC and JV during the document check. Later, a video was posted online in which the man described how the verbal conflict escalated into a fight and what happened next.

Meanwhile, Odesa journalist and writer Victoria Koltunova claimed that servicemen from one of the territorial centers for recruitment and social support grabbed her son on the street of Odesa, took him out of town and severely beat him, demanding money.
