The Department of Urban Development, Architecture, Land Management, Ecology, Housing and Communal Property of the Mayakivka Village Council signed an agreement with Bud-Marka LLC to build a protective structure for the Udobne Lyceum in Odesa Oblast.

According to Dozorro journalists, experts analyzed the estimate and found that Bud-Marka overestimated the prices of construction materials.

According to their calculations, the probable overpayment is UAH 4.6 million. The cost of the work could have been overestimated by 25-30%.

The analysts calculated the largest overpayment for concrete B25 [M350], with an aggregate size of more than 10 to 20. Bud-Marka LLC included it in the estimate at UAH 4,854.73 per cubic meter. For comparison, Kovalska offers this concrete at UAH 3,642 per cubic meter, My Concrete at UAH 3,250 per cubic meter, and Hi-Raise at UAH 3,030 per cubic meter.

Roofing material from Bud-Marka LLC will be supplied at 290 UAH/square meter. At the same time, Construction Guide sells it at 125.67 UAH/square meter, Budgild - at 156.40 UAH/square meter, and Atlant - at 156 UAH/square meter. According to Dozorro's calculations, it is likely that UAH 614 thousand will be overpaid here.

The company included dry plaster mixes MP75 in the estimate at 15.96 UAH/kg. It can be purchased at Epicenter for 11.96 UAH/kg, and at ARS for 10.80 UAH/kg. It is likely that 303 thousand hryvnias will be overpaid for plaster.

Earlier, Nashi Hroshi journalists investigated an agreement between the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of the Vyhodiansk Village Council in Odesa Oblast and Davmir Stroy to build a shelter for UAH 97.4 million and reported a possible large-scale overpricing of construction.
