The former head of the Prysyvaska village council, Serhiy Klishchevsky, decided to change his status to the role of an occupation 'ataman'. In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the traitor headed an illegally created Cossack society, becoming the face of Russian propaganda in the Kakhovka district.

This was reported by MOST.

In the TOT of Kherson region, he became the ataman of the so-called "Stanychne Cossack Society "Prysyvaske", which the occupiers officially registered in the village of Hryhorivka on February 17. Klishchevsky involved his whole family in the business: among the more than 20 co-owners of the organization are his wife Alina, as well as Neonila, Oleksandr, Svitlana and Volodymyr Klishchevsky.

His career as a traitor under the occupiers was unstable. After cooperating in December 2022, he remained the head of the village for some time, but in July 2024, the invaders fired him. His wife, Alina Klishchevska, suffered a similar fate: she headed a school in Hryhorivka that was seized by the occupiers, but last year she was also suddenly removed from her position.

The creation of the 'Cossack society' was probably an attempt by the Klishchevsky family clan to maintain at least some influence and loyalty to the enemy after a series of high-profile dismissals.

Earlier, following a public prosecution by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, a resident of the region was sentenced in absentia to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property. He was found guilty of voluntarily holding a position in an illegal law enforcement agency (Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Prosecutors proved that in June 2022, the defendant took up the position of the so-called "Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Tax Service of Kherson Region", created by the occupation authorities. In this pseudo-position, he headed a structural unit and provided legal support for the work of the body. Through his activities, the convict directly contributed to the administration of taxes and fees to the budget of the aggressor state, and worked to legitimize the occupation regime in the temporarily occupied territory.
