The Bashtanka District Prosecutor's Office of Mykolaiv Oblast has filed an indictment against the former head of one of the departments of the Mykolaiv Oblast SES of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice. According to the investigation, from 2019 to 2022, the accused failed to exercise proper control over the movement of funds in the accounts and did not check the legality of transfers to individuals and legal entities.

He also violated internal regulations by failing to check accounting books and payment documents, and transferred electronic access keys to the remote service system to an employee of the department who was convicted in 2024 for forgery and misappropriation of funds. At the same time, a technical supervision engineer is accused of negligence during the reconstruction of a kindergarten in the Muzykivska community in Kherson region. He failed to carry out the necessary checks, which resulted in the loss of more than a million hryvnias from the local budget.
