This year, it is planned to build a shelter in the Vilkovo community for 280 people. Funding was provided from the local budget in the amount of UAH 4.44 million, as well as subventions under the Ukraine facility program.

This was reported in the Prozorro system.

Journalists of the Nashi Hroshi information portal calculated that the prices of materials for the construction of the repository are significantly overpriced, with overpayments of more than three million hryvnias for concrete, rebar, sealant, and curbs alone.

In the current tender, Konti PE offered a slightly lower price of UAH 45.56 million, but the client rejected it because it found discrepancies in the amount of materials.

The bidders had to confirm the presence of at least 18 employees, including engineering and technical staff and workers of basic construction specialties, provide two executed similar contracts with acts of completion drawn up according to estimated standards, as well as a bank guarantee for UAH 200 thousand and an inspection report of the facility signed by the client.

The anonymous firm drew the client's attention to discrepancies in the annexes, non-compliance with the requirements for the declared equipment and a discriminatory requirement for the site inspection report, but the client replied that it was acting within the law. The SASU is currently monitoring the tender.

Earlier, we reported that the Verkhovna Rada passed a law that puts the NABU and the SAPO under the control of the Prosecutor General's Office - contrary to the position of experts, the opposition and the EU. The law was supported by all MPs from Mykolaiv region, the majority from Odesa region, and some MPs from Kherson region, despite warnings about the threat to the anti-corruption system.
