The parents of the children - boys aged 5, 11 and 14 - contacted representatives of the Save Ukraine charitable organization and asked for help to escape from the hell of the occupation. They could no longer live in such conditions.

Three boys aged 5, 11 and 14 from the occupied regions of Kherson region were returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

He said that the children's parents had contacted representatives of the Save Ukraine charity organization on their own and asked for help to escape the hell of occupation. They could no longer live in such conditions.

Now the families are facing a long rehabilitation and work with psychologists. They are in a safe place where they receive the necessary assistance," Prokudin wrote.

According to him, since the beginning of 2024, 47 children from the Kherson region have already been returned to the government-controlled territory.

Before that, on March 22, two 3-year-old twin sisters and a 10-year-old boy, who were taken by Russians from the occupied Kherson region, were evacuated to the territory controlled by Ukraine. And on March 13, five more children were returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine from the occupied part of the Kherson region.

It was also reported that the occupiers had taken 40 Ukrainian children to Belarus from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region. Earlier it was reported that the SBU had served suspicion notices to two of Putin's associates who deported Ukrainian children from Kherson to Moscow. Thus, the SBU documented the crimes of Yana Lantratova, a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and her accomplice Inna Varlamova, the wife of the head of the faction in the Federal Assembly of Russia, Sergei Mironov. The defendants are members of Putin's inner circle and are involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied regions of our country. According to the investigation, during the occupation of Kherson, the offenders forcibly took two underage children from the local orphanage to Russia. These are a newborn girl and a two-year-old boy.
