On the morning of August 10, Russian troops shelled the Kutsurubska community in Mykolaiv region with artillery. The attack took place at 5:00 am. There were no casualties as a result of the attack.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration in its morning report.

The day before, on August 9, at 10:10, the enemy attacked the waters of the Ochakiv community with an FPV drone. The attack also resulted in no casualties or damage.

On August 2, according to the Sports Committee of Ukraine, a Russian missile damaged the Vodoley sports complex in Mykolaiv, one of the main training bases for Ukrainian diving and synchronized swimming teams. It is at this sports complex that young athletes train, who will represent Ukraine on the international stage in the coming years. Dozens of champions and prize-winners have been trained here, and they have glorified the country at prestigious competitions. The blast wave smashed windows in the complex and covered some of the premises with debris. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, this is not the first attack on Ukrainian sports infrastructure: the enemy has damaged more than 500 sports facilities so far.

On the same day, seven residents of Mykolaiv were injured in a missile attack by the aggressor. Four of the seven were treated on the spot. Men aged 57 and 74 remained in hospital, their condition is moderate. Another man, aged 32, was treated on an outpatient basis. Twenty-three private houses, 12 apartment buildings, six cars, a post office, and a building materials store were damaged. Representatives of all emergency services were working at the scene.
