Elevators in five residential buildings in Odesa to be repaired for more than 10 million

Elevators in five apartment buildings on Heavenly Hundred Avenue will be repaired for UAH 10.4 million.

This became known from the electronic public procurement website Prozorro.

In September, the Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council held an open tender for the repair of 4 elevators in a residential building at 14-B Nebesna Sotnya Avenue. The expected cost of the work was UAH 5 million 116 thousand 121. The contractor has until December 31 of this year to repair the elevators. Only one member of the Apogee Limited Liability Company submitted a proposal for the tender. Therefore, on October 1, the department signed an agreement with them, according to which the company will repair the elevators for UAH 5 million 115 thousand 805.

As for the repair of four more elevators, the Department of Municipal Economy decided not to hold an auction but to sign contracts directly with the contractor. And on October 1, it signed four separate agreements with entrepreneur Volodymyr Tsarkov for a total of UAH 5.3 million. Tsarkov is to repair one elevator each in the buildings at 12, 14-B, 16, and 18 Nebesna Sotnya Avenue.

According to the Youcontrol analytical system, Apogee has been on the market since 2006. At that time, the head and signatory of the company was a resident of the village of Karakurt, Bolhrad district, Khrystyna Tsarkova, and the beneficial owner was her fellow villager Eduard Oprev. The main activity of the company is listed as "Other construction and installation works". During this time, they concluded 183 transactions totaling UAH 110.4 million.

Volodymyr Tsarkov, a resident of Bolgrad , opened his sole proprietorship in the summer of 2016. His main activity is listed as consulting on commercial activities and management. However, among the permits for photocopying, preparation of documents and other specialized auxiliary office activities, provision of combined office administrative services, and public relations activities, he also hid other construction and installation works. During his activities, Tsarkov signed 41 contracts totaling UAH 30.5 million.
