Drone drops explosives on bus with people in Kherson

In the morning, on May 20, in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, the Russian military attacked a passenger bus of the Kherson Municipal Transport Service.

According to the Kherson MVA, the explosives were dropped from a Russian army drone.

At least two civilians were injured in the attack. A woman born in 1960 was diagnosed with mine-blast trauma and concussion. A 56-year-old man with similar injuries also sought medical assistance. Both are receiving the necessary treatment.

The bus sustained significant damage. Due to the increased activity of enemy UAVs, public transportation routes to Nezalezhnosti Avenue have been temporarily reduced.

The press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration added that during the day on May 19, the invaders shelled 36 settlements on the right bank of the Kherson region. As a result of these attacks, five people were injured.

Kherson, Antonovka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Sofiyivka, Beryslav, Novoraysk, Taras Shevchenko, Kizomys, Krasny Mayak and others came under fire.

The occupiers hit social infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements, in particular, they damaged a multi-storey building and 7 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a cell tower, garages, agricultural machinery and a private car.

Before that, the Russians shelled more than 40 settlements in the Kherson region. The attacks killed two people, injured six others, and damaged housing, a factory, railway infrastructure, and mobile communications.

On the evening of May 18, Kherson shook once again. Enemy shells hit residential buildings in the Central District. At least six private houses, a garage and a car were damaged. Windows were smashed, roofs were shattered, and in some places ceilings were destroyed.
