Dobroslav village council donates 500 thousand to the military

Members of the Dobroslav village council in Odesa Oblast have allocated an additional UAH 500,000 to one of the military units.

According to Olha Zadorozhna, head of the financial department of the village council, UAH 11 million 217.1 thousand have already been allocated in 2025, and the total amount of the mobilization training program is UAH 97 million 61.5 thousand.

In general, at the session, Dobroslav deputies made changes to the village budget, increasing it
by UAH 3 million 774.5 thousand in the general fund at the expense of their own revenues overperformance and an educational subvention of UAH 902.8 thousand to the inclusive resource center for the third quarter of this year (for salaries).

The expenditure side was increased by UAH 4 million 374.5 thousand, including UAH 2 million 919.4 thousand for the general fund and UAH 1 million 455.1 thousand for the special fund. The expenditure part of the Dobroslav village council was increased by UAH 791.6 thousand to prepare
for the winter. UAH 152.1 thousand was allocated for territorial defense measures. The Department of Education, Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports received an increase of UAH 1 million 430.3 thousand for winterization.

The subvention allocated for the maintenance of the inclusive resource center amounted to UAH 902.8 thousand. The financial department received an increase of UAH 2 million 152.5 thousand, namely, according to the draft decision, UAH 800 thousand is a subvention from the local budget to the state budget for the implementation of the socio-economic development program "Targeted Program for Financing Mobilization Training Measures for 2021-2025".

UAH 1 million - a subvention from the local budget to ensure the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of highways. UAH 300 thousand within the framework of the civil protection program for technogenic fire safety for material and technical improvements, UAH 52.2 thousand - a subvention from the local budget to the regional budget. It is to be implemented under the Safe Odesa Region program. The regional administration will file a lawsuit centrally.

The money will be collected for court fees in connection with arrears of payments to the budget for those taxpayers who do not pay them on time, both to the local and state budgets. An additional UAH 500,000 was allocated to another military unit - from the local budget to the state budget.
